CHAPTER I – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art. 1 – Purpose of the regulations
(1) These regulations establish the conditions governing the use of the “Case Opening”, “Upgrade” and “Transform” systems available on the CSGOLEAGUECS.RO platform.
(2) These systems represent virtual entertainment and reward features intended exclusively for community members.
(3) Use of the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
Art. 2 – Definitions
For the purposes of these regulations:
a) Platform – the CSGOLEAGUECS.RO website;
b) User – any person holding an account on the platform;
c) Credits – virtual points earned through activity on community servers;
d) Case – a virtual package that may contain one of the displayed items;
e) Skin – a virtual item available within the platform;
f) Inventory – all items owned by the user.
CHAPTER II – VIRTUAL CREDITS
Art. 3 – Earning credits
(1) Credits are granted exclusively through active participation on servers operated by the CSGOLEAGUECS.RO community.
(2) Credits may be obtained through: elimination of opponents; participation in community events; completion of missions and objectives; automatic system rewards; other activities established by administration.
(3) Credits do not represent money, electronic currency or a financial instrument and cannot be converted into real money.
(4) Credits cannot be transferred, sold or traded outside platform systems.
Art. 4 – Use of credits
(1) Credits may be used exclusively within platform features.
(2) The cost of each operation is displayed before confirmation.
(3) Once used, credits cannot be refunded.
CHAPTER III – CASE OPENING SYSTEM
Art. 5 – System operation
(1) Users may open any available case if they have sufficient credits.
(2) Upon confirmation, credits are automatically deducted from the user’s balance.
(3) Results are generated automatically by the system.
(4) Animations and visual effects are for display purposes only and do not affect outcomes.
(5) Each case contains one of the items shown in its reward pool.
Art. 6 – Rewards
(1) Items obtained are automatically added to the user’s inventory.
(2) Delivery is fully automated without manual intervention.
(3) In case of technical errors, administrators may correct affected transactions.
CHAPTER IV – UPGRADE SYSTEM
Art. 7 – General provisions
(1) The Upgrade feature allows users to attempt upgrading an item to a higher-value item.
(2) Success probability is displayed before confirmation.
(3) By initiating an upgrade, the user accepts the associated risk.
Art. 8 – Upgrade results
(1) In case of success, the item is replaced with the upgraded item.
(2) In case of failure, the item is permanently removed.
(3) Results are automatically generated and considered final.
CHAPTER V – TRANSFORM SYSTEM
Art. 9 – System operation
(1) The Transform feature allows exchange of one or more items for another item available in the system.
(2) Conditions and outcomes are displayed before confirmation.
(3) Once confirmed, the operation is final and irreversible.
CHAPTER VI – USER OBLIGATIONS
Art. 10 – Rules of use
Users are prohibited from:
a) exploiting bugs or system errors;
b) using scripts, macros or automated tools;
c) obtaining credits or items fraudulently;
d) manipulating platform systems;
e) using multiple accounts for unfair advantages;
f) any activity affecting system functionality.
Art. 11 – Sanctions
(1) Violations may result in: temporary suspension; permanent suspension; removal of credits; removal of items obtained unfairly.
(2) Administration decisions are final.
CHAPTER VII – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Art. 12 – Service availability
(1) The community does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
(2) Maintenance, updates or interruptions may occur.
(3) The administration is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues beyond its control.
Art. 13 – Technical errors
(1) In case of system errors, affected transactions may be cancelled.
(2) Credits or items obtained through exploitation of bugs may be removed without notice.
CHAPTER VIII – FINAL PROVISIONS
Art. 14 – Amendments
(1) The administration reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time.
(2) Changes take effect upon publication on the platform.
Art. 15 – Acceptance of regulations
By using the “Case Opening”, “Upgrade” and “Transform” systems, the user confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted these regulations.
